Recipe using your LĒVO machine
Ingredients:
1/4 cup fresh home-grown mint leaves
1 cup coconut oil
Instructions:
Rinse the mint leaves thoroughly and pat them dry.
Place the mint leaves in the LĒVO machine herb pod.
Pour the coconut oil into the LĒVO machine reservoir.
Set the temperature to 175°F and the time to 2 hours.
Start the infusion process and let the LĒVO machine do its work.
Once the infusion is complete, drain the mixture into a glass jar or airtight container.
Let the mixture cool to a comfortable temperature for swishing in your mouth.
Take a tablespoon of the infused coconut oil and swish it in your mouth for 10-20 minutes, making sure to pull the oil between your teeth.
Spit out the oil into a trash can (not the sink as it can clog the pipes).
Rinse your mouth thoroughly with warm water and brush your teeth as usual.
This recipe should yield about 1 cup of infused coconut oil, enough for several oil pulling sessions. Store the remaining oil in a clean, airtight jar in a cool, dry place.
